| Ok so it's been approximately 4 months since I last wrote in here. I have missed it, MySpace is good and all but I don't like the blog for some reason, even though it's set up pretty much the same as this one. I guess it's cuz I can't really get stuff out of my system if I want to. Well here's a summary of what's been up...work is the same as usual, I'm supposed to be getting a raise this Friday, but I doubt it'll happen, August marks my 5 years of being there and I'm making almost minimum wage! What the heck is that? Brenda the Big Bad Bitch is gone, which has increased the quality of my life! Her being gone has to be one of the best things that's ever happened to me! Ok, and I have to get something off my chest...this girl that I'm friends with she and I took pictures together and all that, and there was this cute one of the both of us, and of COURSE she is so full of herself, she cuts my half of the picture off! Well damn, I should have just taken her picture by herself is I knew she was going to edit it! I mean, why even waste the time to take the picture if one of the people in it is going to be cropped off? I don't care if that was my "best" picture or not, I wouldn't have cut the other person out of it, I mean SERIOUSLY! It really bothered me when she did that...and it may sound selfish or whatever, but STILL! That's the LAST time I take pictures with her or anything. Anyway, Calvin and I are good. Sometimes I think he's irritating, but that's when I'm PMSing and starting to be in a bad mood to begin with! I got a new phone, and now I'm going to save for a Ford Mustang Convertible, but lately I've been thinking maybe I'd be better off with a VW Bug Convertible! Now I can't make up my mind! I'm looking for an evening job on top of all this, so hopefully it'll be all good! Oh yeah,...bad news too, my grandma died on March 6, 2007 we went to see her the 2nd to last week of February, and it was so horrible seeing her like that in the bed. I prayed so much that she'd make it to heaven alright, and she has. I miss her, even though we never got to go down to San Antonio and see her all that much, but I do miss her. I miss my family down there and love them all...I wish we could move down there, just to be near them. ::Sigh:: More later! I'm out! | | |
| Happy New Year to everyone here on Xanga! I'm sorry from being absent from this lately, but I haven't really been on the computer that much the last few weeks. I've been doing a lot more reading and all that, but I had to drop in and wish everyone a Happy 2007! I can't believe we're finally to this year! It's amazing how time flies by so fast! | Gosh it's been 6 days since I last wrote in here! I am going to try and remember how the whole week went! Tuesday I was off work sick, was going to write in here but ended up sleeping all day long. Wednesday and Thursday flew by. Friday was payday, and I got a $25 Gift Certificate from a store about 30 miles west from here, a small town grocery store. Went and got stuff yesterday, I stretched that 25 bucks out pretty far, and got a lot of good stuff! Then I went Christmas shopping 40 miles east of where I live, so all in all I drove about 240 something miles yesterday, I was so sick of driving it was unreal! Thursday, I took my friend Laura to the airport 40 miles away from here so she could go to Detroit for a few days! So tonight I have to go pick her up around 8:30 or so! So there's another 90 mile to and from trip that I get to endure in the car again! Cowboys won last night, that game is one I didn't pay too much attention to cuz I figured that Michael Vick would just tear the 'Boys up! (So much for my faith in the team) but they managed to keep it up and win! I was so proud! Now today I've been reading my book most of the day, and alternating that between sleeping! | Dallas Cowboys game last night stunk, I didn't watch much of it once halftime came and went. They got stomped, but you know what they say, you win some you lose some. Better game next time, I hope! I went to sleep and then woke up sick this morning, but preceded in going to work, I felt like crap the whole time. I had a chat with Tatiana, she finally told me stuff that was bothering her, I'm glad she came to me with it, I know how bad she's been feeling, hasn't been herself. I ended up getting off work around 3 o'clock! Now I'm home and tired and hopefully tomorrow I won't be sick anymore! I felt fine all day yesterday! I went to my lil brother's first band concert, he plays in the percussion section! I was so excited! I miss high school, and I miss band! It was always so much fun! Well, I have nothing interesting to say, I am going to end this for now, and go watch Spongebob! Haha, I'm such a nerd, I'll always watch and like cartoons! :) | | |
